Text messages are sent only by Silverpoint Insurance (Everlife Advisors LLC) to consumers who separately opt in to text messages. Text message consent is never shared with marketing partners or any third party. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
2. Not required for purchase
Consent is not a condition of purchase, and consent boxes are never pre-checked. You may obtain information or buy a product without consenting by calling (385) 518-1919.
3. Revoking consent
You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means — reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT) to a text from Silverpoint Insurance, ask to be removed during a call, email support@silverpointinsurance.com, or call (385) 518-1919. We honor requests within 10 business days.
4. Calling hours and Do Not Call
Marketing calls, and any Silverpoint text messages, are made only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. your local time, or narrower hours where state law requires. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state lists, except where you have given express written consent.

We keep a record of the consent language shown, the date and time of consent, and related technical details as proof of consent.
