By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer of insurance. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage or disable it. You agree that any information you submit is true, accurate, and your own, and that you will not submit another person's phone number or email address.

When you check a consent box and submit a form on the Site, you give your prior express written consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable state laws, to be contacted by Silverpoint Insurance, its licensed insurance agents, and the marketing partners listed on our Marketing Partners page, at the phone number and email address you provided.

This may include marketing calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology, and prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice messages, and emails, about insurance products and services — even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call list. Marketing partners may contact you by call or email only, never by text message.

Text messages are sent only by Silverpoint Insurance (Everlife Advisors LLC) to consumers who separately opt in to text messages, as described in Section 4. Text message consent is never shared with marketing partners or any third party.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and you may obtain information or buy a product without giving consent by calling us at (385) 518-1919.

You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we can stop contacting it.

Message types: responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and insurance product information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT) to stop receiving texts. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@silverpointinsurance.com / (385) 518-1919.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You may revoke consent at any time and by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed during a call, emailing support@silverpointinsurance.com, or calling (385) 518-1919. We will honor your request promptly and no later than 10 business days after receiving it.

We place marketing calls, and send any text messages, only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time (or narrower hours where state law requires). We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state lists, except where you have given express written consent. See our TCPA Consent page for details.

All content on the Site — text, imagery, logos, code — is owned by Silverpoint or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

The Site is provided "as is." Insurance information shown on the Site is general and subject to underwriting. Actual coverage and premiums are determined by the applicable carrier.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
